Hero Zone VR partners with ASI to bring games to MENA region

A new partnership between the firm and Amusement Services International, LLC (ASI) will see Hero Zone bring its state-of-the-art VR technology to more locations across the MENA region.

“We are pleased to be teaming up with ASI to help us expand Hero Zone’s penetration across MENA,” says Hero Zone CEO Sebastian Malavasi.

“We are looking forward to working with ASI so that more patrons in the Middle East will have the opportunity to experience Hero Zone’s exciting, truly social VR games together in real life and in the virtual Hero Zone Arena.”

Rosanne Fernandes, Amusement Services International LLC’s Amusement Division general manager adds: “ASI has always been ahead of the curve in the MENA amusement and leisure industry, and our partnership with Hero Zone marks our commitment to bringing socially engaging VR entertainment in the middle eastern region.

“So many of our partners and clients across the MENA region will love the incredibly immersive, fun experiences that Hero Zone Arena delivers.”

Hero Zone, which has more than 180 sites globally, is already present in the Middle East, with two locations in Kuwait run by the family entertainment centre brand Future Kids. Hero Zone also has other MENA sites, including Saudi Arabia and Oman, which are software-only.

Hero Zone Arena will be on display at the ASI Pavillion at DEAL 2023 from 14-16 March.
